and provide a little key information for us to be able to quote your price and options:

1) Exact date and hours of performance (music start time and end time)
2) Number of players in your requested ensemble (and you may ask us for prices on more than one configuration, like "2, 3, or 4 musicians -what's our cost?"
3) Exact location of performance venue (address if possible, for lookup)

We can only be in one place at any given time, so if you are the first to book us we are locked in for your event date, and we turn down all other offers.

If we are available for your event, please provide us with the following information:
        Name, address, phone, email - the party who will pay us
        Venue name and address - where we will perform
        Exact beginning and ending times of the music (one contiguous block of time)
        Any special instructions, requests, details, announcements.
        What shall we wear? Formal (tuxedo), coat and tie, casual, Hawaiian shirts, western?

We will send the paperwork attached to email, or mailed if you prefer. Then your signature on the paperwork and 50% deposit should be mailed to us immediately, and we send you the fully executed contract, and we are yours.
